✔ Local Support
Something that makes Minuteman Press very unique in franchising is the continuing local support that we provide to our owners. We have established one of the largest support teams in franchising. Setting up regional offices strategically located across the United States. Each one of our regional offices is staffed with a Regional Vice President and field staff to assist our owners on a local level. Their goal is to provide assistance in virtually all aspects of running a successful business and show our owners how to build their franchise. We believe in building a relationship with our owners and our local support team is always available to offer advice and lend a helping hand. Our goal is to make you as successful as possible, as quickly as possible, and to strive to work together with you to grow your business.
✔ In-house IT Support
Our corporate headquarters has in-house staff to provide our owners with support for our management software. They provide assistance & guidance for our websites, our Internet marketing campaigns, file backup systems and more. In addition, they evaluate feedback from owners to improve and update our proprietary management & marketing software.
✔ Choice Vendors & Mass Purchasing Power
We continue to research suppliers to find the best vendors for our locations. Because of our system size establishing nearly 1,000 locations, we are able to use our mass purchasing power to negotiate some of the best discounts and rebates available from industry leaders. Unlike most franchises, you are not required to utilize our suppliers or purchase products through our vendors.
✔ Talk Minuteman
Talk Minuteman is our online social platform where owners can seek our advice and help from other owners as well as corporate office support staff on topics like computers & software, equipment, vendors, staffing, best practices and more.
✔ Research & Development
Our research and development staff attends all major industry expos and tradeshows and keeps our owners up to date. They continue to advise our owners on industry trends, equipment updates and vendors. This enables our owners to focus their time and effort on running their business and save them on expenses associated with continuously attending these events.
✔ World Expo & Regional Meetings
Every two years we have the Minuteman Press International World Expo. This is a 4-day business event specifically for our owners that feature guest speakers and seminars on everything from management & marketing to customer service and employee management. There is also a vendor show, which over 100 companies attend. This gives our owners the chance to meet their suppliers, find new products or services & learn about industry trends. We also conduct regional meetings with the owners in their local markets.
I felt that after 27 years of service at my previous job, it was time for me to change careers. After praying and seeking advice, I took a leap of faith and left my job. Once I completed graduate school in 2016 with a degree in management, I felt ready to hone in on what I had learned from school and the skills I had obtained over the years. I wanted to be my own boss and I knew Minuteman Press was the right franchise for what I wanted to do. I was comforted in knowing that Minuteman Press had been around for over 40 years and the company was well-established with a great business model and structure.
