Jason Jacobus owns the Minuteman Press franchise in Flemington, NJ. Jason and his team have won the 2017 Award for Best Graphic Design Services from the Hunterdon Happening in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Previously, Jason’s business has been featured in the Burlington Free Press, My Central Jersey, and Entrepreneur.
For this award, Jason and his team applied for the Graphic Design Services category. Just by submitting the application and telling his customers to vote online for Minuteman Press, Jason received praise from his clients as well as new orders. He says, “We notified our customers and put it out there on Facebook and email as well. Not only did they vote, they replied back with words of gratitude and encouragement. Some even placed orders!”
There is a great lesson to be learned from Jason’s consistent cross media marketing efforts. By embracing print and digital together and being consistent, he had the foundation in place to alert his customers to the contest, receive great feedback, and get some additional business.
When Jason found out he won the award, he was thrilled. Jason says, “This award means we are doing things right. We treat every customer like they are our biggest client. It doesn’t matter if they are spending $100 or $5,000 on an order. They all get personalized customer service. To win based on votes almost exclusively from our customers makes us feel like we are on the right track.”
Jim Galasso, Minuteman Press International Regional Vice President for NJ/NY/CT, says, “I’d like to congratulate Jason Jacobus and his team for winning the well-deserved 2017 Best Graphic Design Services Award. He goes above and beyond for his clients, follows the Minuteman Press franchise program, and receives accolades such as this one from the Hunterdon Happening as a result.”
Jason Jacobus first joined the Minuteman Press franchise family in 2012. His Flemington, NJ location has achieved several company awards, and Jason appreciates the work/life balance that he is able to have by owning Minuteman Press, which has been named one of the top B2B franchises for 2017 by Franchise Business Review.
Jason says, “One of the many reasons I love being a Minuteman Press owner is that it allows me the flexibility and the means to create moments with my family.” One such moment was a recent trip to Yankee Stadium that Jason made with his two sons Jared and Cole:
