Our proprietary software is also a marketing tool. It will automate your email campaigns to keep your name in front of your clients and make them aware of any monthly specials. The software will also track your marketing efforts so that you can evaluate your campaigns and also contains a variety of other helpful features. Unlike most franchises that have an advertising fee that’s based on a percentage of sales, we feel that it should be up to the owner on how they want to spend their advertising budget to promote their business locally.

Internet Marketing
We've developed an Internet marketing program, providing participating owners with a tremendous presence online. This program advertises products and services to potential clients when they are looking to buy. It is also designed to get each center's website to the top of internet search results and drive potential clients to our website that have an immediate need for our products and services. We have a fulltime staff that handles the Internet marketing program so all you would have to do I pick an advertising budget and answer the phone when it rings. This is an optional program but the vast majority of our owners take advantage of it.

Building Relationships
An integral part of our marketing approach is to make ourselves known and promote our business to other business owners in the community. We will provide you with the tools you need to visit local businesses, consult with business owners on their marketing efforts, and show them how you can make their lives easier while at the same time helping grow their business.

We have a fulltime PR staff that writes about owners' success stories, awards, community involvement, philanthropy efforts & business milestones. We distribute these through PR networks, our award-winning blog and social media platforms to generate awareness and keep our name in front of customers. We also have national campaigns to highlight new marketing initiatives, products, services and more.

Marketing Materials
Our design committee provides advertising materials to our owners that are accessible through an owner’s only website. This will provide you will all the materials you need to market your business such as email marketing campaigns, postcard series, brochures & product catalogs, monthly specials, digital images, promotional videos and more. In addition, this website has valuable materials from our vendors that showcase products, provide seasonal offerings & offer company specials. These are updated on an ongoing basis.

Networking
Networking and community involvement are an important part of building relationships with local business owners. Our owners are active within local business organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, BNI, Kiwanis and other networking groups. Our owners build trust with their customers and establish long term repeat relationships with them. Another great aspect of our business model is that it allows our owners the opportunity to give back to the communities where they do business. Many of our owners are also active within local charities are able to support causes that are important to them.
